This recognition left him feeling surprised and humbled but also very happy. “It’s such an honor to receive this award, especially considering how many talented people I work alongside,” Kurt shares.

Inese Libere, the Flight Operations Standards Manager at SmartLynx Airlines, has been named Employee of the Year in the New Horizons category, and she says that the honor still feels surreal to her. “This feels amazing and almost hard to believe. I’m still getting used to it!” Inese laughs.

Danielius Paskevic, the Lead of the Security Operations Center, has been honored as Employee of the Year in the Rising Talent category. “It feels amazing to be recognized,” Danielius shares. “I’m grateful for the support of my team — this achievement is as much theirs as it is mine. It motivates me to keep pushing for even better results.”
