BBN Airlines Indonesia and BBN Airlines Thailand are ASG Group airlines providing ACMI and charter services across Southeast Asia. Both operate Airbus A320/A321 & in addition BBN Indonesia operates Boeing 737NG fleets under their respective national aviation authorities, serving a growing portfolio of regional and international clients. This is a single CFO role covering both entities — an opportunity to shape the financial foundation of two fast-growing airlines simultaneously, with full Group backing.

We are looking for an experienced CFO ready to take ownership of the full financial function across both airlines, contribute to strategic planning, and grow with the business.

What You Will Do

Lead financial planning, forecasting, and budgeting (operational and strategic) for both entities
Manage Local GAAP and IFRS reporting to Group and regulatory authorities
Establish and monitor financial and business KPIs
Oversee daily cash flow management and liquidity strategy
Lead and develop local accounting and finance teams in Indonesia and Thailand
Ensure robust internal financial controls across both airlines
Participate in Group ERP and BI projects

What We Expect

Degree in accounting, finance, or a related field
Proven experience as CFO or in a senior finance leadership role
Solid understanding of IFRS, local regulatory frameworks, and taxation
Strong Excel and MS Office skills
Analytical mindset with high attention to detail and a hands-on approach
Candidates must be willing to relocate. The company provides relocation assistance, including support with moving and onboarding.
Fluency in English;
