Key responsibilities:

Safety, Security and Quality assurance Compliance/Oversight:

· To carry outgeneral administration and coordination tasks relating to Safety, Security andQuality program

· To analyze workplans and projects to indicate possible dangers, as well as recommendationreports of every working unit; and to provide advice on safety measures to theemployer.

· To beresponsible for all risk assessments and associated control measuresundertaken, ensuring they are prepared, reviewed and updated as required andthat accurate records are maintained.

· To be a mainsupporter of regular emergency risk assessments, emergency plans, drills andother evacuation procedures to an agreed schedule.

· To support inoversee and enforce adherence to aviation safety, security and qualityassurance regulations and industry best practices.

· To support inconduct regular internal/external safety, security and quality assuranceinspections and audits to identify potential hazards/threats/area ofimprovement also recommend corrective and preventive actions/mitigation.

· To support inensuring the implement corrective and preventive actions/mitigation are inplace for safety, security and quality assurance efficiency.

· Assist todevelop and implement safety, security and quality assurance procedures andprotocols in accordance with regulatory requirements.

· Assist to managesecurity protocols to aviation security personnel, aircraft, and facilities.

· To support inmonitor and assess safety and security risks and threats and implement measuresto mitigate them.

· To support incoordinate with relevant authorities and agencies to ensure compliance withsafety, security and quality assurance regulations.

· Assist toestablish and maintain a robust quality management system (QMS).

· To support inconduct internal and external quality audits to evaluate processes and identifyareas for improvement.

· To support inimplement corrective and preventive actions to enhance service quality andefficiency.

Emergency Response and Preparedness:

· Assist todevelop and maintain emergency response plans and procedures for variousscenarios, ensuring staff are adequately trained.

· Coordinatedrills and exercises to evaluate the effectiveness of emergency protocols.

Reporting and Documentation:

· Maintainaccurate records of safety, security, and quality-related activities andincidents.

· Generate reportsfor senior management and regulatory authorities, highlighting key performanceindicators and compliance status.

Training and Education:

· Assist toprovide training and awareness programs for employees on safety, security, andquality protocols.

· Stay updatedwith industry trends and disseminate relevant information to the team.

Regulatory Compliance:

· Keep abreast ofchanges in aviation regulations, ensuring that the airline remains in fullcompliance.

· Liaise withregulatory bodies to address any inquiries or concerns related to safety,security, and quality matters.

Qualifications and experience:

· Thai Nationality

· Bachelor Degree(safety or aviation related field is advantage)

· Knowledge ofAviation Safety, Risk Assessment, Hazard Identification and Emergency Responseis advantage

· knowledge ofaviation regulations, industry standards, and best practices is advantage.

· Good Englishskill (speaking and writing)

· Analytical andproblem-solving skills.

· Effectivecommunication and leadership abilities.

· Proficiency inrelevant software applications for data analysis and reporting such asMicrosoft 365.

· Able to workindividually under pressure
