Key responsibilities:
The activities of Thai SmartLynx Operation Control Center (OCC)To monitor performance of all personnel in OCC to ensure goals and targets are achieved through training and developmentTo supervise overall activities in connection with flight planning procedures, crew briefing and flight watch for all flights dispatched by Thai SmartLynx OCC.To ensure that all flights are dispatched in compliance according to CAAT and relevant national and international regulationsTo ensure the existence of a physical infrastructure and work environment that satisfies management system and operational control requirements.To plan rosters for operations personnel including flight crew, cabin crew and dispatchersTo ensure all records are maintained and retained as required by regulationsTo liaison with applicable authorities and other external entities relevant to operational control.To plan and maintain adequate staff and equipment necessary to perform job functionsTo arrange training for all Flight Dispatchers in accordance with CAAT requirements and Thai SmartLynx FOOTM training programsTo ensure all aeronautical information in term of NOTAM, AIP, and ICAO annex is properly handled and up to dateTo liaison with Flight Planning Service Provider to maintain and upgrade the systemTo determine usability of new aerodromes and of new areas/routes in terms of performance, crew qualification, special requirements, etc.Other tasks assigned by the Flight Operations Director
Qualifications and experience:
- Thai Nationality
- Bachelor’s degree in aviation, Science, Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in relevant functions
- Strong knowledge in Operational Control & Flight Dispatch, ATC & Regulations, Crew Flight Time Limitation
- Demonstrated skills in Leadership, Analytical Thinking, and IT
- Completed Flight Dispatch / Operational Control Training
