Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for procurement, including aircraft spare parts, tooling, and equipment.

  • Maintain complete updated purchasing records/data and pricing in the system.

  • Solve the operational issues in line with corporate principles and respond in time to manage on-time delivery.

  • Improve the quality of services in the internal purchasing process.

  • Manage all related procurement processes/documents following company policies and procedures. And handle all jobs relying on government regulations/laws.

  • Ensure competent quality execution of all regular purchasing duties and administrative works.

  • Perform seeking to identify potential new vendors and evaluate their performance to qualify them.

  • Obtain and compare quotes, negotiate terms, and conclude purchase agreements.

  • Set new and reviewed Purchase Order (PO) or Contracts to ensure that all terms have been met.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and service providers.

  • Conduct vendor audits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

  • Reporting and monitoring KPIs following company policies.


Qualifications and experience:

  • Thai Nationality

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Supply Chain or Aviation

  • At least 8 years of experiences in procurement from the Aviation industry or equivalent

  • Fluent in English

  • Proficiency in MS Office

  • ERP system (AMOS is a plus)

  • Timeliness and decisiveness in action and being able to work under time pressure.

  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in data-driven and decision making.

  • Ethical and compliance-oriented approach to procurement practices.
