Engineering Services Manager. Vilnius, Lithuania

Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. ARE YOU READY TO?

• Lead and manage the CAMO Engineering Services (Systems, Avionics, Structures and Interior) team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations;
• Develop and maintain a high-performance culture and processes focused on safety, quality, and continuous improvement;
• Plan, manage and oversee aircraft modifications ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, operational requirements and cost efficiency;
• Participate in developing and managing of the CAMO Engineering Services budget, ensuring cost-effectiveness;
• Oversee and manage all engineering activities related to aircraft systems, avionics, structures, and interiors.
• Attend all internal and external audits related to Systems, Avionics, Structures and Interior fields, to participate in Authorities audits and close assigned findings;
• Support CAMO Services Manager and Head of Aircraft Transition in their CAMO related duties;
  Assist Head of Engineering to supervise all engineering activities;
• Provide technical support and guidance to MCC, Maintenance teams, Flight operations, Ops Engineering, Commercial, Fleet and other departments;
• Any other duties as required by Head of Engineering.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Aeronautical university degree and minimum four years work experience in PART-145 and/or PART-CAMO organizations;
• Minimum 2 years management experience;
• Strong leadership and team management skills;
• Knowledge of applicable regulations;
• Fluent in English language;
• Knowledge of relevant type of aircraft (gained through training at least at a level equivalent to Part-66 Appendix III Level 1 General Familiarization).
