As part of our expansion, we are inviting expressions of interest to be part of our future Cabin Crew team in Perth.

Who You Are

As a member of the Cabin Crew team, you are a dedicated and enthusiastic professional with a passion for delivering exceptional customer service. You embody the highest standards of hospitality, safety, and efficiency. You possess excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, allowing you to interact effectively with a diverse range of passengers. You will have the ability to remain calm under pressure and handle challenging situations, while being comfortable operating as part of a multi-crew cabin environment on Airbus A319 series aircraft.

What You Will Do

This full-time position encompasses responsibilities including, but not limited to:

• Announce and demonstrate safety and emergency procedures

• Direct and assist passengers in the event of an emergency

• Provide outstanding support to all passengers, including unaccompanied minors, nervous travellers, and those with limited English proficiency.

• Assist in cleaning the cabin between flights

• Administer first aid to passengers or coordinate first aid efforts, as required

• Provide the highest possible service to our passengers by ensuring all needs are met, and exceeded where possible

• Liaise with the pilot-in-command in order to properly coordinate the effects of any operational requirements (e.g. weather, passenger requirements, early descents, diversions etc.)

• Ensure that food, beverages and other supplies are in adequate supply

Minimum Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age and able to obtain an Aviation Security Identification Card (ASIC)

• Hold a current First Aid Certificate (HLTAID011), CPR Certificate (HLTAID009), and Responsible Service of Alcohol Statement (or willing to obtain)

• Hold a valid passport with at least 6 months’ validity

• Able to swim fully clothed for 50 meters and tread water for 3 minutes

• Have excellent health and fitness, normal function of ear, nose and throat, and adequate vision (with or without glasses)

• Available to work a 24/7 rotating roster, including weekends and public holidays

• Have prior customer service experience and a high level of personal presentation

• Previous experience on the Airbus A319 series is highly regarded

• Must meet one of the following English language requirements:

– Completed at least 3 years of secondary education in Australia or New Zealand

– Worked in Australia, New Zealand, UK, Ireland, or USA for 3 of the last 5 years

– Completed IELTS with an overall score of 5.5
