Responsibilities:
-Define and communicate the product vision and strategy.
-Align product goals with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
-Own and manage the product backlog.
-Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on value, effort, and urgency.
-Gather and analyze requirements from internal and external stakeholders.
-Work closely with the development team during sprints to clarify requirements and accept deliverables.
-Organize sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives.
-Track product performance using KPIs and analytics.
-Assemble and lead cross-functional project teams.
-Identify and mitigate risks and issues proactively.
Requirements:
Proven experience (3–5+ years) as a Product Owner, Project Manager, or Product Manager in a digital or software development environment.
Experience working with digital platforms or marketplaces (B2B or B2C) is a strong advantage.
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and product lifecycle management.
Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements and vice versa.
Familiarity with UX/UI principles, API integrations, and digital architecture concepts
Experience tracking product performance using KPIs and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI).
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Adaptability and resilience in a fast-changing environment.
Nice-to-Have:
-Experience launching or scaling a digital marketplace or aviation industry.
-Knowledge of e-commerce workflows (payment, logistics, vendor management).
-Certification: Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) or Project Management (PMP, PRINCE2).
