Avia Solutions Group (ASG) Global Services Philippines is looking for an IT Specialist to join its Center.
This position is based in the ASG Global Services Philippines office in BGC, Taguig, under a hybrid setup and working on the APAC/EMEA Time Zone.

Role Overview:
The IT Specialist is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the technology operations of the Center, ensuring system reliability, data security, and seamless support for business functions. This is a dynamic role that blends infrastructure management, and hands-on technical support in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding Support- Set up and deactivate laptops, accounts, and access for new and departing employees.
- Create and maintain onboarding and offboarding documentation.
IT Infrastructure Management: - Oversee servers, networks, and communication systems, ensuring 24/7 availability.
- Manage device inventory and lifecycle using Microsoft Intune.
- Plan and execute system upgrades and migrations.
Technical Support:- Provide IT support, ensuring rapid resolution of issues.
- Troubleshoot hardware (laptops, printers), software, and network issues.
- Manage user support for email, VPN, internal systems and CCTV access.
IT Asset and Vendor Management- Coordinate procurement and support services with hardware, software, and network vendors.
- Monitor and manager IT equipment, licenses and system configurations
What we are looking for:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or any related field. At least 2-3 years of IT experience. Experience in the aviation industry is a plus.Technical Skills: Proficiency in enterprise systems (ERP, CRM, etc.). Expertise in cybersecurity frameworks and tools. Familiarity with cloud computing (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud). Strong troubleshooting and customer service mindsetSoft Skills: Strong interpersonal skills. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
