DEPUTY CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER. Vilnius, Lithuania

As the Deputy CFO, you will work closely with the Chief Financial Officer to oversee and drive the financial performance of the company. You will play a critical role in financial planning, compliance, reporting, and business strategy. This is a high-impact leadership role with the opportunity to influence key decisions across the organization.

As a DFO, you will be responsible:

• Support the CFO in overseeing financial strategy, business planning, accounting, and analysis.
• Assist in representing the finance department in key meetings and with external stakeholders.
• Lead budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial modeling.
• Manage internal and external financial reporting and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise and develop members of the finance team (finance analysts) to ensure high performance.
  

You are the perfect match for us when you have:

• 5+ years of experience in senior finance roles, ideally within the aviation industry.
• Experience with IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) is a strong advantage.
• A proven track record in financial forecasting, strategic planning, and risk management.
• Prior experience in an international and fast-growing environment.
• Solid knowledge of financial systems and tools.
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
• Strong ability to analyze and control usage, operational, and financial data from various sources.
• The expertise to provide actionable recommendations to cost owners for financial optimization.
• Experience in developing financial plans for assigned accounts and monitoring performance against those plans.
