Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• Participate in month closing activities, identify and correct discrepancies in financial data to ensure accuracy and completeness.
• Perform detailed variance analysis between actuals, forecasts, and budgets. Provide analytical insights to explain key deviations.
• Work with colleagues from various business departments to understand key business processes and gather relevant data for comprehensive analysis.
• Contribute to financial planning and reporting to Company’s and Group’s management.
• Participate in standardization and optimization of processes.
• Work with financial databases and prepare various reports upon business needs.
• Any other duties delegated by your manager.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• 1+ years of professional experience in financial data analysis or control.
• University degree in Finance, Business, Accounting or similar field.
• Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, proactiveness, curiosity, responsibility, good communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Excel.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt to dynamic environment and people.
• Fluency in English, both spoken and written.
