You will play an important role in our company’s financial operations, ensuring accuracy in accounting and compliance with the law. We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:

• Leading, motivating and managing an accounting team.
• Ensuring accurate and timely statutory and group reporting covering multiple entities and jurisdictions.
• Maintaining tax compliance across various jurisdictions and entities.
• Continuously improving accounting processes, creating and monitoring accounting function’s KPIs.
• Developing and maintaining accounting policies and procedures.
• Coordinating applicable areas in transition to new accounting system.

We dream about a team member who has:

• 5 and more years of accounting experience within a multinational business, either in-house or at a service provider.
• Prior management experience required.
• Demonstrated ability to form, lead and develop high-performing teams.
• Ability to work collaboratively across departmental functions.
• Knowledge of IFRS, internal controls and financial reporting.
• Experience working with Navision would be a significant advantage.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Full business proficiency in English is mandatory due to international nature of the business.
