Crew Control Officer. Vilnius, Lithuania

What you will do:

• Monitor and oversee crew operations within the upcoming 72-hour schedule.
• Coordinate crew duties, activities, and ensure compliance with flight time limitations and company requirements.
• Re-plan crew rosters in case of delays, operational disruptions, or schedule changes.
• Maintain operational control systems to support efficient day-to-day operations.
• Coordinate closely with Flight Operations personnel and communicate effectively with flight crew.
• Monitor crew training activities to ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
• Update and maintain internal travel management systems following operational changes.
• Ensure operational requests are handled promptly and efficiently.
• Communicate relevant operational information to internal departments and external stakeholders.
• Report operational irregularities or non-conformities to the Head of Flight Dispatch.
• Perform other operational duties as required.

What we are looking for:

• Previous experience in aviation operations (at least 1 year), crew planning, flight dispatch, or a similar operational role would be considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
• Ability to make decisions quickly while maintaining accuracy.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
• Good analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Fluency in English (spoken and written).
• Good computer literacy and ability to learn operational systems.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS:

The ability to work on a shift pattern of 4 on 4 off - 12 hours shifts consisting of 2-day shifts and 2-night shifts is essential for this position.
