Responsibilities:

• Is responsible to ensure that ground handling and operations are conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and standards of the company.
• Assigning duties between himself or herself and Ground Operation Agent in order to fulfil all necessary tasks during the operation activities.
• Set up needed agreements for loading, aircraft cleaning and baggage deliveries, if necessary
• Supervise handling agent employees on the procedures required by all station manuals to ensure compliance with BBN Thailand standard operations procedures
• Prepare, implement and maintain airline internal/local procedures in cooperation with Ground Operations Manager
• Provide assistance in developing and implementation of improvements to existing policies, procedures and processes throughout BBN Thailand, if necessary
• Ensure proper communication with service providers
• To participate in search and implementation of additional products and services for all BBN Thailand full charter aircraft.

• Manage and ensure safe and efficient operations in order that BBN Thailand image, reputation and customer service levels are maintained and enhanced to the highest standards.
• Follow-up the implementation of corrective actions taken by Customer Airline as required by BBN Thailand Compliance Monitoring and Safety & Security departments

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• At least 5 years of experience in ground and cargo operations and at least 2 years of ground operations management experience.
• Proficiency in TCAR and applicable aviation laws and regulations including safety and security;
• Experience in budgeting and cost control for ground and cargo operations;
• Excellent communication skills, strong coordination, problem solving skills and flexibility to adapt to changing operational needs;
• Fluent in English both verbal and written
• Available to travel to and work outstations to support operational oversight, station implementation, audits, training, investigations, and other operational requirements.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution abilities.
