We are currently looking for Talent Acquisition Specialist in Bucharest, Romania.

YOUR TASKS:

• Partnering with hiring managers to determine staffing needs;
• Posting job applications on social media and job sites;
• Sourcing and outreach potential candidates;
• Conducting job interviews;
• Managing the database of candidates;
• Drafting job offer letters and employee contracts;
• Participating and networking at various recruiting events;
• Ensuring a positive candidate experience.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• University degree;
• Good English skills;
• Experience as an HR recruiter or similar role, experience in the aviation industry is preferable;
• Good communication and interpersonal abilities;
• Ownership and responsibility;
• Willingness to learn and grow.
