BUSINESS ANALYST. Vilnius, Lithuania

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to operations and financial performance.
• Develop regular and ad-hoc reports to support decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, in various departments to gather business requirements, assess needs, and deliver actionable insights.
• Lead Power BI implementation project.
• Evaluate business risks related to operational processes, technology changes, and external factors. Propose strategies to mitigate these risks effectively.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis.
• Internal reports to the management.
• Other various ad hoc tasks.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor’s degree in economics, accounting, business management or related field.
• Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably within the airline, transportation, or travel industry.
• Experience working with data analytics tools (e.g., Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) and proficiency in analyzing large data sets to identify trends and insights.
• Strong presentation skills to deliver findings, recommendations, and reports to senior leadership and other key stakeholders.
• Analytical mindset and good problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail.
