We are currently looking for Storekeeper in Cluj Napoca, Romania

The Storekeeper is the person who manages and keeps available the materials necessary for the operation, maintenance and repair of aircraft.

YOUR TASKS:

• Reception of parts, materials and components by means of a computer program;
• Receiving and accepting the parts in the warehouse and handing them over / taking them out of the warehouse;
• preparation of parts for transport;
• making electronic transfers;

receiving and accepting the pieces in quarantine;

• reparation of reports and records;
• Periodic records of tools and equipment in stock and ensuring that all parts are sent to workshops for calibration / testing in time for the start of the planned works;
• Ensuring the stock of rotating parts or other materials for maintenance works according to the planning of maintenance works.
• Planning and coordinating purchases in order to ensure the optimal quantity of parts in stock, as well as to avoid stockpiling high-value parts, tools and equipment required by the technical department;
• ensuring that all parts and components are prepared and delivered on time and in accordance with the standards in force of the suppliers / contractors for repairs / exchange / overhaul
• ensuring that the suppliers (manufacturers or repair stations) perform the activities in accordance with the company's requirements and with the commercial contracts in force;
• Inventory (annual, monthly and on request) of the technical warehouse;

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Level of education – A high school diploma, a high school diploma with a specialization in aeronautics, or a theoretical certification from a recognized educational institution.
• Knowledge of English, minimum at B1 level.
• Experience in personnel management and strong communication skills are essential.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, experience working with inventory management systems.
• Knowledge of mathematics (knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, arithmetic, statistics, and their application).
