We are looking for a lead of the software development group. It is a well-established position with a clear responsibility which we can adjust to the strengths of a candidate if needed.

YOUR TASKS:

• There are always 3-4 big projects in the process that need detailed planning and active managing;
• There is a backlog and ongoing flow of smaller tasks that have to be evaluated and allocated to development resources;
• There are stakeholders related to projects and tasks who are always involved, and communication has to be managed.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Project management knowledge. Team has a process that consists of various elements from different project management methodologies. We find what is convenient for us but are always open for new ideas and improvements;
• Business process analysis. As one of the most important parts of this role is to understand what business needs and pass the tasks to developers, it is crucial to have skills to structure the tasks, requirements and related risks;
• Team management. This is optional and depends on the candidate's experience.
