With the opening of our new hangar in Punta Cana, we are actively seeking exceptional individuals to join our MRO family and now we are looking for the experienced IT Network Administator.

YOUR TASKS:

  • IT Network infrastructure team responds to network incidents, most important to company IT resources, hardware issues and resolve technical problems in a timely manner using following incident management procedures.
  • Collaborate with other IT teams and members together with vendors to address complex technical challenges, changes and get involved with network projects in locations where company operates.
  • Conduct root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurring issues under problem management procedures.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to Onsite IT team, create knowledge base instructions for fixes and know how.
  • Monitor hardware network resources, identify performance bottlenecks, and optimize system configurations for maximum efficiency.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of network configurations, topologies, procedures, and troubleshooting guides.
  • Own IT network hardware and its services:
    • Cameras – currently we use Hikvision equipment (plans on switching to Axis or Hanwha);
    • Printers – Lexmark, Xerox;
    • Entry control – Kantech;
    • Network – Palo Alto, Fortigate, Aruba, Unify.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent in Information Technology, Network engineering, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in complex networks administration.
  • Advantage having experience with Palo Alto, Fortinet, HPE Aruba.
  • Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL.
  • Strong customer service orientation with a focus on user satisfaction.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and changing IT environment.
  • Flexible working hours and ability to travel.
  • Very good English.
