YOUR TASKS:

INVENTORY ACCOUNTING

  • Correctly and promptly register stock acquisitions in the accounting system.
  • Carefully analyzes the documents attached to stock suppliers' invoices, including annexes, minutes, etc. It is ensured that the invoices are accompanied by the supporting documents according to the legal provisions.
  • Accounting stock movements: consume, write-off, transfers, sales.
  • Accounting fixed assets; maintain correct and complete item card, account amortization.
  • Periodically performs balance confirmations with stock suppliers according to the reconciliation plan.
  • Collaborates effectively with the internal team and communicates openly with contracted suppliers to manage current situations, such as reconciliation of balance differences, confirmation of balances.
  • Reconciles the financial accounting of the stocks with the warehouse registers, periodically, according to the Company procedures.
  • Ensures the necessary operative support in the annual inventory process of the stock owned by/in custody of the company within the managed real estate asset.
  • Follows the receipt of the monthly car logs and verifies the correctness of their preparation.
  • Provide support for the other departments regarding financial accounting requests.
  • Cooperates with the head of the Financial-Accounting Department in solving various requests/reports and ensures compliance with financial-accounting procedures.
  • Communicates effectively with the direct supervisor and Company management to promptly and effectively manage the various situations generated by current activities in the limit of the job responsibilities.
  • Ensuring compliance with fiscal legislation and internal policies.
  • Ensures the necessary support during the annual financial audit, the internal audit as well as other controls or legal requests.
  • Archives the financial-accounting documents.

 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

 

  • Experience as an Accountant or similar role, experience in the aviation industry is preferable; University degree represents an advantage;
  • Good communication and interpersonal abilities; 
  • Ownership and responsibility; 
  • Willingness to learn and grow;
  • Good English Skills.
