As the Head of IT Project Management, you will be responsible for the strategic oversight and successful execution of all IT projects across the organization. You will lead a team of project managers and work closely with senior leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals, ensuring on-time, within-budget, and high-quality delivery.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing IT Project Management Office (PMO);
  • Define and enforce project management methodologies, standards, and best practices;
  • Oversee the delivery of complex, cross-functional IT projects from initiation to closure;
  • Monitor project performance, manage risks and resolve issues to ensure successful delivery;
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to prioritize projects aligned with strategic objectives;
  • Provide regular reporting on portfolio health, progress, and resource utilization;
  • Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, training, and technology.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Proven experience (10+ years) in IT project management, including 5+ years in a senior or leadership role;
  • Strong understanding of enterprise IT systems, software development lifecycles, and infrastructure;
  • Demonstrated ability to lead large, cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment;
  • Deep knowledge of project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Jira) and frameworks (Agile, Waterfall, hybrid);
  • Relevant certifications (PMP, PRINCE2, SAFe, etc.) preferred;
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills;
  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field; Master's preferred.
