We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:
- Coordinating and organizing pilot assessment procedure.
- Maintaining and developing assessment procedures in order to ensure the highest quality.
- Preparing documents and reports regarding pilot assessment.
- Assessing candidates’ potential to become pilots
- Cooperating with sales department regarding candidate attraction and preparation strategies.
- Cooperation with other departments to ensure high quality assessment procedure.
- Work with company IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth process.
- Set and achieve short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager
We dream about a team member who:
- Has recruiting and/or psychological assessments experience.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology.
- Uses English language at an effectively operational and independent level.
- Has good skills in Microsoft Office 365 environment.
- Is a team player with a proactive attitude.
- Is a follower of top-notch standards for producing quality work.
- Is able to work independently and is self-motivated and willing to take ownership.
- Is flexible and has good time management skills.
