We promise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, which will initially cover:
- Administering the database of theory and flight instructors, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Effectively sourcing candidates through various channels, including online job boards, social media platforms, and industry networks.
- Recruiting both flight and theoretical knowledge instructors in line with operational needs and project timelines. Leading interview processes, screening applicants, and assessing professional fit.
- Arranging and coordinating the onboarding process for new instructors, ensuring a smooth and structured experience.
- Managing instructor documentation and certificates, ensuring timely updates and full compliance with regulatory and internal quality requirements.
- Conducting market research to identify trends, salary benchmarks, and best practices in aviation recruitment and retention.
- Working with the company’s internal IT systems to monitor and ensure the smooth operation of all processes within the Aviation Personnel Division.
- Proactively participating in continuous process improvement projects to optimize recruitment, onboarding, and personnel management.
- Taking part in daily team meetings based on Lean principles, sharing updates and aligning efforts.
- Setting and achieving both short-term and long-term goals in alignment with the company’s strategic vision.
- Performing other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the direct manager.
