Avion Express provides top-level short and long-term aircraft wet-leasing (ACMI) solutions and also offers its clients aircraft on a charter basis. The company operates an Airbus A320 family aircraft fleet.

Avion Express is looking for ambitious professionals to support the company's matters and further development of the company. The position is based in Vilnius, Lithuania.

ARE YOU READY TO?

• To manage customer invoices: issuing, correcting, reissuing, and register them in the accounting system.
  
• Ensure timely and accurate recording of sales transactions in the accounting records.
  
• Participate in month-end closing activities: review sales operations, perform accruals, adjustments, and correcting errors.
  
• Perform reconciliations with customers, investigate discrepancies, and ensure timely resolution.
  
• Communicate with customers and internal departments (Sales, Customer Service, Accounting, etc.) to ensure smooth processes.
  
• Contribute to the optimization and standardization of accounting processes; propose and implement improvements.
  
• Perform other accounting-related tasks as assigned by the Accounting Department.

DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?

• Minimum 1 years of professional experience in accounting.
• Required education in Accounting, Finance, or a similar field would be a strong asset.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and in a team.
• Experience with ERP systems (Business Central, Navision, or similar); good Excel skills are an advantage.
• Excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn and adapt to change.
• Good written and spoken English skills.
