You will work closely withexperienced finance professionals, gaining knowledge that will allow you togrow into a senior reporting role over time. This position will focus onsupporting monthly Group consolidation in accordance with IFRS, assisting inthe Group reporting process, monitoring reporting progress across entities, andensuring smooth communication with Group Finance.
Responsibilities:
• Support in organization and oversight of the Group’s reporting and financialcontrol function.
• Preparation of monthly consolidation procedures (with senior support andtraining).
• Analysis of periodic group reporting data.
• Preparation of interim and annual consolidated financial statements.
• Monitoring reporting progress and resolving issues together with localfinance teams and Group Finance.
• Regular communication with Group Finance to ensure accurate and timelyreporting.
• Working in the Group reporting system, ensuring data quality and consistencywhile learning system functionalities.
• Assisting in the annual group audit process.
• Participation in projects related to the group accounting function andprocesses optimization.
• Implementation and development of reporting processes and controls.
Requirements:
• 1–3 years in financial control, auditing, or reporting (internships andtrainee roles also considered).
• Good knowledge of the accounting and consolidation principles (basicknowledge sufficient, willingness to learn further is essential).
• Basic IFRS knowledge and eagerness to develop further (on-the-job trainingprovided).
• High level of spoken and written English.
• MS Office advanced user with high proficiency in MS Excel.
• Experience working in accounting or reporting systems would be an advantagebut not required.
• Strong communication skills, ability to coordinate with multiplestakeholders, and problem-solving mindset.
• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and motivation to grow in an internationalfinance environment.
