We are seeking a Senior Tax Advisor to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong, self-assured personality, excel in a fast-paced environment, and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
- Research and provide tax advice to relevant teams on a variety of tax issues.
- Support business development, M&A and cross-border transactions on all tax aspects.
- Implement, control and maintain transfer pricing documentation.
- Keep up to date with tax developments and implement the necessary changes across the group.
- Design and implement processes to mitigate key cross border and local tax risks.
- Support financial reporting processes in relation to taxes.
- Initiate internal group tax audits on various topics.
- Organize tax trainings for various internal teams.
Requirements:
- University degree in Finance, Economics, Law, Business or Accounting.
- At least 4 years of experience in a tax department (at a large accountancy, audit or law firm, and/or in-house).
- Hands-on attitude and proactive approach to work, as well as ability to work in a team.
- Being business acumen and innovative.
- Strong analytical skills, attention to details.
- Knowledge of IFRS and accounting procedures.
- Fluent in Lithuanian, English.
- Navision skills would be beneficial.
