IT Project Manager. Vilnius, Lithuania

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic IT Project Manager to lead and manage IT projects across our organization. We offer work in Digital Technologies (IT) department, acting as an central unit for managing strategy, innovation and IT projects and programs. Our department provides services to subsidiary companies related to IT Governance & Management, IT Service Delivery, IT infrastructure services, workplace IT support and ServiceDesk, Enterprise Applications (Digital IT Solutions, ERP), Cybersecurity, Project Management (PMO). Your position will be within IT Operations and Service Delivery, consisting of IT Infrastructure unit, IT Service Desk & IT Support, IT Service Delivery and Change Management. As IT Project Manager you will work and lead projects in the field of complex M365 ecosystem, Azure workloads, Microsoft/Windows server-side infrastructure, networks, participate in various projects to setup and or maintain solutions globally.

Main functions and responsibilities:

• Project Management: Lead IT projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to the company’s project management framework. 
• Scope, Cost, and Time Management: Develop and control project plans, timelines, and budgets while managing project scope to ensure successful delivery.
• Stakeholder Collaboration: Coordinate cross-team activities and maintain strong relationships with IT stakeholders, including third party vendors, subsidiary companies and internal functional teams (Infrastructure, Cybersecurity, and others).
• Project Planning & Reporting: Develop comprehensive project plans and maintain recurrent reporting to keep all stakeholders informed on progress, risks, and key milestones.
• Risk and Issue Management: Identify potential risks, develop mitigation plans, and ensure swift resolution of project issues.

Requirements for the position:

• IT Project Experience: Demonstrated experience managing IT projects, with a focus on IT infrastructure, service delivery, cybersecurity, new solutions implementation. 
• Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of IT service management, infrastructure, and cybersecurity technologies. 
• Project Management Expertise: Proven track record of delivering projects on scope, time, and budget following a structured project management framework (PMP, PRINCE2, or similar certification is a plus). 
• Stakeholder Management: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with various teams and stakeholders. 
• Analytical Skills: Ability to anticipate project challenges and propose effective solutions. 
• Organized & Detail-Oriented: Exceptional organizational skills to manage project schedules, reporting, and documentation.

Preferred:

• Familiarity with ITIL/ITSM and Change Management processes. 
• Experience working in an IT service delivery function. 
• Familiarity with enterprise-wide IT infrastructure environments.
