About Us:

We are looking for a Chief Training Officer to our training department in our Airline company - AirExplore

Responsibilities:

The Chief Training Officer will play a crucial role in ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining training standards, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities include:

• Monitoring regulation changes and their impact on training matters.
• Keeping the Crew Training Manager informed about regulatory updates.
• Assisting in ensuring training manuals and publications comply with regulations.
• Supporting internal and external audit preparation alongside the Crew Training Manager.
• Collaborating on findings, corrective actions, and root cause analysis.
• Participating in Risk Assessment processes with the Safety Department.
• Implementing training manuals in accordance with regulations and requests.
• Conducting thorough reviews of training manuals before revisions.

Requirements:

• University degree or full secondary school education, prefered Aviation
• 2-3 years of experience in aviation or related field.
• In-depth knowledge of aviation regulations and industry standards.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret complex regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented approach with a focus on accuracy and compliance.
• Experience with audit processes and risk assessment methodologies is desirable.
