Job Responsibilities:
As an Auditor at AirExplore, you will play a vital role in ensuring the compliance and integrity of our operations. Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting audits and inspections in alignment with the ongoing Compliance Monitoring System.
• Ensuring all audits and inspections are thoroughly performed, fully compliant with the Compliance Assurance Program, and meet industry standards.
• Identifying and documenting any non-compliance, reporting findings accurately, and collaborating with the responsible teams for corrective action implementation.
• Recording concerns and audit findings with substantial evidence to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Monitoring the effectiveness of corrective actions and verifying that they have been appropriately implemented.
• Providing guidance and support to junior auditors and assisting the Compliance Monitoring Manager in the daily operation of the department.
• Performing additional duties and tasks as required by the Compliance Monitoring Manager to ensure the department’s smooth operation.

Requirements:

• Education: A relevant background in the aviation field or a related area is required.
• Experience: At least 2 years of professional auditing experience in the aviation industry.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and an organized approach to work.
• Ability to effectively assess risks, identify issues, and provide practical solutions.
• Independent and confident in performing audits while being a team player in a collaborative environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment, and adapt as necessary.
