Supply and contract manager. Vilnius, Lietuva

About the position:

  • Contractual work, analysis and negotiation of the contract terms, identifying areas of possible risks and opportunities;
  • Draft and revise a variety of contracts with suppliers and partners (e.g. airports, rent of premises, ground handlers, car rentals, etc.);
  • Liaison with company internal and supplier legal teams while aligning contract terms;
  • Constantly review and update existing contracts, provide regular reporting on contracts status to management;
  • Maintain correspondence and documentation related to contracts;
  • Create and maintain a healthy relationships with suppliers and service providers;

Additional functions shall include providing support to operations team:

  • Ordering of airport permits for engineers & transport;
  • Organizing HOTAC for engineers and other team members in other countries;
  • Search and analysis of country specific information to support our operations abroad;
  • Other tasks dedicated by direct manager, to ensure smooth operations process.

What you bring:

  • University degree;
  • Prior work experience in a contract management role, such as purchasing or contracting;
  • Good understanding of contract structure: commercial terms, risks and obligations;
  • Strong attention to detail;
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize, work independently and manage time effectively, while working in tight deadline situations;
  • Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken);
  • Russian language would be an advantage.
