WHAT WILL YOU DO

As a Software Development Manager, you will have the opportunity to work within a globally distributed IT development team. You will operate within the concept of an "Enterprise digital startup inside." In this position, your daily tasks will include:

• Manage and lead a team of IT developers, ensuring effective collaboration and productivity;
• Oversee development and delivery of app projects (including mobile), ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements;
• Act as a solution architect, designing and implementing high-availability (HA) and large-scale solutions;
• Drive the adoption of agile practices within the development team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and efficiency;
• Collaborate with other IT units and departments to ensure seamless integration and operation of developed solutions;
• Ensure the technical competency of the team by mentoring and providing opportunities for professional growth.

LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT development, with at least 5 years in a team management role;
• Proven experience in managing a team of at least 5 developers;
• Demonstrated experience in mobile app development projects;
• Extensive experience with the following technological stack:
• Node.js and JavaScript/TypeScript, ES6
• .NET Programming (C#, .NET Core, ASP.NET Core)
• Cloud computing platforms and APIs (Azure)
• Libraries and Frameworks (React, Angular)
• Web Services (RESTful)
• Legacy: C# ORM techniques (Entity Framework)
• Strong understanding of agile development methodologies and a passion for implementing them within a team environment;
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to design and implement effective solutions;
• Strong leadership and team management capabilities;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines;
• Innovative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and efficiency.
