Flight Operations Engineer and Document Administrator. Riga, Latvia

Responsibilities:

  • Develop procedures and maintain processes related to Performance and Weight and Balance engineering.
  • Work on procedures related to aircraft Fuel Efficiency, Oxygen escape routes, and Net drift down.
  • Perform aircraft performance monitoring and aerodrome analysis.
  • Manage Flight Ops manuals, including MEL customization.
  • Ensure compliance with aviation regulations and standards.
  • Maintain the integrity of information and data.
  • Manage hardware and software configuration, ensuring security and compliance.

Qualifications:

  • Previous work experience in OCC/Flight Operations engineering/EFB management.
  • Familiarity with Boeing or Airbus performance engineering tools and Flight Operations manuals management.
  • University graduate or in progress (Logistics, Aviation, Airline Operations, Pilot license, or ATC Control license considered an advantage).
  • Previous experience with flight planning software is a plus.
  • Strong planning, time management, and flexibility skills.
  • Highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and able to thrive in a high-performing organization.
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.
  • Mature and stress-resistant personality.
  • Excellent MS Office skills.
  • Proficient in English (both written and spoken).
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
