SAFETY ANALYST. Vilnius, Lithuania

We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Safety Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with EU regulations, supporting safety investigations, and strengthening our Safety Management System by analyzing reports, identifying risks, and promoting a strong safety culture across the company.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Process and analyze safety reports in line with EU regulations and the company’s SMS.
• Identify and classify risks, propose actions, and follow up to ensure timely closure.
• Support safety investigations and contribute to risk assessments and the company risk register.
• Provide guidance on internal safety reporting and promote safety culture.
• Review safety processes, suggest improvements, and prepare safety publications.
• Participate in safety meetings and maintain safety performance indicators.
• Cooperate with the FDM Manager/Flight Safety Officer to support the FDM program.
  

REQUIREMENTS:

• Degree in aviation, engineering, or equivalent experience in commercial aviation.
• Knowledge of Safety Management Systems, principles, and practices.
• Professional, impartial, and safety-focused approach.
• Strong English communication skills (written and spoken).
• Knowledge of airline procedures and relevant safety/compliance training (SMS, CPT, Compliance Monitoring).
