ESG Analyst Internship. Vilnius, Lithuania / remote

We are seeking an ESG Analyst Intern to join our dynamic team at the holding company of Avia Solutions Group. The successful candidate will have a strong and demonstrate high attention to detail and accuracy.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in collecting, validating, and consolidating ESG-related data;
• Perform basic data cleaning, analysis, and visualization tasks;
• Collaborate with internal teams and subsidiaries to ensure data accuracy and completeness;
• Contribute to internal process improvement initiatives;
• Other Supporting ESG tasks such as supporting the elaboration of Annual ESG Report, ESG Annual Workshops, Communication Strategy, supporting the implementation of sustainability initiatives, etc.

Requirements for the position :

• Currently studying or recently graduated in data analysis, business analytics, sustainability, or related fields;
• Knowledge or strong interest in data analytics tools; familiarity or willingness to learn Power BI is preferred;
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset;
• Eagerness to learn and improve technical skills;
• Interest in ESG, sustainability, or corporate data analysis;
• Ability to work independently as well as a team player;
• Attention to details Cooperation Communication Responsibility Organizational skills.
