RESPONSIBILITIES:
Management and Coordination:
- Lead assigned projects by taking full responsibility for developing a project plan, overseeing specific tasks, and reporting on progress to Deputy Technical Director.
- Foster a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement.
- Provide guidance and support for maintenance staff as needed.
- In conjunction with Lead Engineer coordinate daily operations of Line Maintenance Department.
Operational Oversight:
- Oversee the day-to-day operation of the line maintenance stations.
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless aircraft maintenance operations.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules to optimize aircraft availability and minimize downtime.
Regulatory Compliance:
- Ensure compliance with all relevant aviation regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and ensure proper documentation is maintained.
Resource Management:
- Manage resources effectively, including tools, equipment, and materials.
- Monitor and control maintenance costs to ensure budgetary targets are met.
Safety and Compliance Assurance:
- Promote and enforce safety protocols to minimize risks to personnel, aircraft, and facilities.
- Implement compliance assurance processes to ensure work is performed to the highest standards and Safety Performance Objectives are met
- Participate in audits.
- Monitor Safety Performance Indicators and provide feedback to Deputy Technical Director.
- Collect information and preparation of findings RCA, CAP and PAP.
Communication and Coordination:
- Liaise with airline operators, OEMs, regulatory authorities, and other stakeholders as necessary.
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate maintenance activities and resolve issues.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelors or higher non-university aviation engineering/mechanic education or not less than 12 month experience in aviation related with aircraft maintenance or continuing airworthiness management;
- Boeing 737 CL/NG general familiarization training certificate would be considered as an advantage;
- Fluent English language knowledge (spoken and written);
- Good analytical and communication skills;
- Cooperation and ability to work in team;
- Able to understand OEM documents: AIPC; AMM; CMM; etc.
- Be flexible regarding working time (if required).

Salary: from 3800 € to 4600 € (brutto)
