FLEET MANAGER. Vilnius, Lithuania


  • Fleet Management policy establishments in KlasJet Airlines;
  • Organize the aircraft acceptances and redeliveries to/from Klasjet Airlines fleet;
  • Together with CEO and CFO liaise with aircraft owners/lessors in relation to lease/sale contracts;
  • Control fleet status and utilization in accordance lease contracts and cost effecvtive manner;
  • Organize and control proper information flow between Klasjet Airlines and aircraft lessors/owners as required by contracts;
  • Coordinate with financial department budget plan for fleet maintenance;
  • Fleet planning for ACMI projects;
  • Coordinate and be responsible for new aircraft type implementation in Klasjet Airlines;
  • Report fleet expense performance regularly to management, including an annual report when submitting the coming year’s budget;
  • Regularly review existing and initiate new contracts with services providers to ensure cost effective services.



  • Ability to demonstrate strong leadership, strategic vision and leadership competence;
  • Are customer-oriented;
  • Knowledge of the aircraft lease market;
  • Have five years of relevant work experience, of which at least two years must have been in a relevant position in the aviation industry;
  • Have previous experience in the position / appointment;
  • Have previous experience in creating and managing departmental budgets;
  • Have natural teamwork skills and obvious experience in leading and managing people;
  • Are a disciplined person who sets and works to strict deadlines and ensures that other managers meet them accordingly;
  • Are creative, innovative and guided by ideas;
  • Able to identify innovative opportunities for strategy development and to generate new ideas and / or encourage others to do so internally or externally;
  • Have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both oral and written, and are able to build strong working relationships at all levels, both internally and externally;
  • Ability to fully assess situations, understand problems, solve problems, and provide clear concise recommendations for key operational solutions;
  • Are an energetic person with a clear ability to work on projects in parallel with key responsibilities;
  • Have knowledge in EASA/ ICAO regulatory training organized by the Company (PART-145, PART-CAMO).

Salary: from 6612 € (brutto)
Salary comment: The final salary is a matter of agreement as it depends on the experience and competencies of the candidate.
