We are looking for a CAMO Compliance Manager to lead our compliance monitoring function and ensure adherence to all relevant aviation regulations and internal standards. This is a key leadership role, directly contributing to the safety and airworthiness of our fleet and the effectiveness of our management systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Compliance Monitoring function within the Management System;
- Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and improvement of the Compliance Monitoring System and Safety Management System;
- Ensure CAME content meets regulatory requirements (EASA, Part-CAMO, Part-M, Part-145, AIR OPS, etc.);
- Prepare and maintain the annual audit and inspections plan, including contractor and subcontractor audits;
- Conduct internal audits, monitor findings, and support implementation of corrective actions;
- Liaise with regulatory bodies (TM – CAD, LVCAA, TRAM) on compliance issues;
- Coordinate and support external audits and inspections;
- Monitor all contracted maintenance and CAMO activities for compliance;
- Lead, support, and manage compliance department personnel, including auditors.
Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of relevant work experience, including 2+ years in the aeronautical industry;
- Demonstrated experience in compliance monitoring and safety systems in a CAMO or similar aviation organization;
- Completed training in Quality Assurance Systems;
- Solid knowledge of EASA regulations: Part-145, Part-M, Part-CAMO;
- Knowledge of maintenance practices, Human Factors principles;
- Knowledge of CAME and the safety/compliance management systems;
- General Familiarisation training (Part-66 Level 1) on A320 aircraft;
- Engineering degree or aircraft maintenance technician qualification with additional acceptable education;
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills;
- Excellent time management, prioritization, and planning skills;
- Good interpersonal and communication skills;
- Leadership and project management capabilities;
- High level of computer literacy and data handling skills;
- Proficiency in English (spoken and written).
