Sales manager (technical training). Vilnius, Lithuania


  • Do B2B sales in aviation industry (Technical training product);
  • Ensure all objectives are assigned in a timely fashion;
  • Visit regularly customers worldwide in search of new business opportunities (travel for business trips 1-5 times per quarter).
  • Represent FL Technics in all aviation industry;
  • Prepare various reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals.



  • Higher education in business management, sales or relevant field;
  • Proven working experience as a sales manager in B2B global sales;
  • Skilled at relationship-building, able to easily connect with potential and existing customers;
  • Fluent in English and have very good written and verbal interpersonal communication skills. Fluency in other languages is a major plus;
  • Proficiency working with MS Office package.

Salary: from 2450 € (brutto)
Salary comment: Starting salary for this position is 2450 eur (brutto). Final offer will depend on candidate's experience
