YOUR TASKS:

• Perform detailed aircraft maintenance inspections in compliance with approved data, company standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all maintenance tasks are carried out in accordance with FAA, IDAC, and company quality procedures.
• Verify that aircraft systems, structures, and components meet applicable airworthiness standards after maintenance.
• Record, review, and approve inspection findings, ensuring corrective actions are properly implemented.
• Provide support during base maintenance checks on Airbus A320 CEO family and/or Boeing 737NG (-600/-700/-800/-900).
• Cooperate with engineers, mechanics, and quality teams to ensure compliance and safety standards are met.
• Actively contribute to fostering a safety and quality culture within the maintenance environment.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Minimum 2 years of aircraft maintenance inspection experience.
• Valid AMT License issued by: FAA (A&P), or ICAO signatory state – with rating to commercial Airframe and Engine.
• Aircraft type training on Airbus A320 CEO family and/or Boeing 737NG (-600/-700/-800/-900) in line with fleet requirements.
• Proven experience in Base Maintenance for Airbus A320 CEO and/or Boeing 737NG aircraft.
• Familiarity with FAA regulations and quality procedures.
• Strong communication skills in English (Spanish preferred).
• High sense of responsibility, precision, and commitment to aviation safety.
