YOUR TASKS:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understand their needs, and act as the main point of contact for queries.
• Act as the Voice of the Customer at our local facilities and the respective teams.
• Manage all commercial and financial related aspects of key clients.
• Collaborate with the executive team locally & group to develop strategic plans, to identify growth opportunities to maximize customer satisfaction and to increase revenue and reduce costs.
• Ensure contract compliance with key clients both sides.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in key account management, client relations, or a similar commercial role.
• Experience in working cross-functionally with executive teams, operations, finance, and marketing.
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and problem-solving skills
• Fluent in English (spoken and written).
