UX/UI Designer. Vilnius, Lithuania

We’re looking for a Mid-Senior or Senior UX/UI Designer to join our team and take a leading role in shaping the user experience of our ERP platform. You'll work across multiple product teams, collaborating with Product Owners, developers, and stakeholders to create a unified and intuitive experience.

Our ERP system is split into two product teams, each led by a different Product Owner. Your mission? Oversee and align the full user experience across the entire system — from A to Z — ensuring consistency, usability, and clarity at every touchpoint.

Main responsibilities:

  • Understand and analyze the current system – both its functions and user flows.
  • Identify UX issues and propose clear, value-creating improvements.
  • Participate in the creation of new features – from concept to prototype.
  • Conduct UX research: interviews, testing, heuristic analysis, data interpretation.
  • Create user journeys, information architecture, and wireframes.
  • Build prototypes in Figma and collaborate with PO, design, and dev teams.
  • Ensure a consistent and clear UX strategy throughout the entire ERP product.

What We're Looking For:

  • UX mindset and research experience
  • Ability to systematically analyze user experience and suggest research-backed changes.
  • Understanding of B2B and data-intensive, non-standard systems.

Analytical and structured thinking:

  • Ability to independently "dig into" complex systems.
  • Strong reasoning skills – why change, what to change, and how to measure it.

Technical skills:

  • Excellent Figma skills (wireframes, prototypes, components).
  • Understanding of UX principles, user behavior, and information architecture.

Collaboration skills:

  • Experience working with products managed by PO/dev teams.
  • Ability to work with "challenging" stakeholders (engineers, specialists).
  • Clear and direct communication.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with B2B, ERP, or industrial/technical systems.
  • Background in regulated industries (aviation, transport, manufacturing).
  • Experience building design systems or component libraries.
  • Experience working in Agile SCRUM teams.
Salary: from 3700 € (brutto)
