At the moment the company is looking for a new team member – IT Infrastructure Team Lead. You will be responsible for ensuring the robustness and efficiency of the company's IT infrastructure, as well as maintaining high standards of IT quality across all Group Companies.

YOUR TASKS:

• Team Leadership: Build, manage, and motivate international team of up to 10 IT administrators;
• Best Practices: Define and implement ITSM/ITIL best practices at the Group level;
• Servant Leadership: Foster a customer-focused environment, emphasizing business acumen and timely, high-quality deliveries;
• Continuous Improvement: Drive changes and improvements in working methods, skills development, and workforce management;
• Accountability: Oversee team deliveries, IT systems, and workplace-related issues within the organization;
• Collaboration: Work effectively with other teams to implement strategies that enhance profitability, productivity, and overall client experience;
• Guidance: Provide best practices and IT infrastructure support to subsidiaries.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Proven experience in IT infrastructure management and team leadership;
• Proficiency in Microsoft M365 suite, Azure Active Directory (AAD) and Intune, Azure cloud management;
• Expertise in MS Active Directory administration;
• Excellent vendor management skills;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• Strong knowledge of ITSM/ITIL frameworks;
• Ability to drive change and improve processes;
• A customer-focused mindset with strong business acumen;
• Ability to travel.
