YOUR TASKS:

  • Financial Analysis and insights:
    • Analyze financial performance for the assigned entities or business units.
    • Provide insights and recommendations to support decision-making.
  • Budgeting, Controlling and Monitoring:
    • Prepare and monitor budgets, forecasts, and financial performance to ensure alignment with group objectives.
    • Implement and maintain internal controls to ensure financial integrity and compliance.
    • Investigate and address financial discrepancies, proposing corrective actions as needed.
  • Month-end closing and Reporting:
    • Actively participate in month-end closing: prepare accruals, provisions, impairments and other adjustments.
    • Reconcile key accounts and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting in line with accounting standards.
  • Collaboration:
    • Act as a Finance Business Partner, providing guidance and support in finance controlling & analysis related topics to business units or entities.
    • Closely collaborate with Accounting, Group Finance Controller to align reporting, process, and compliance. Assist in preparation of consolidated financial statements.
  • Conduct various ad-hoc analysis and engage in various local and Group Finance projects.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Analytical and data driven mindset with experience in data management and proficiency with MS Excel.
  • Good understanding of the financial and managerial accounting processes and principles (incl. IFRS).
  • Be well familiar with financial statements and reporting (ability to read and to prepare balance sheet, income statement and cash flow statement).
  • Experience of at least 3+ years in finance controlling, analysis and/or similar field (Big4, international, multi-entity company is a plus).
  • Good communication and planning skills, fluent English.
  • Navision Dynamics/Business Central, PBI knowledge, and experience with databases are an advantage.

Salary: from 3500 € to 4200 € (brutto)
