YOUR TASKS:

• Ensure the examination system complies with EASA Part-147, Part-66, and internal Training Exposition requirements;
• Manage, develop, and maintain the examination question bank, ensuring accuracy, relevance, and regulatory alignment;
• Ensure strict control of confidential data and maintain all examination security procedures;
• Supervise and coordinate examination sessions, including oversight of examiners and invigilators;
• Develop and improve computer-based examinations, including system configuration, testing, and updates;
• Exam performance analysis and question bank monitoring;
• Ensure that all examiners are fully trained and assessed regularly;
• Support the Training Manager with daily operational and administrative duties;
• Contribute to the preparation, review, and updating of training programs and materials;
• Support the planning and organization of training courses and examinations.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Technical university degree (aviation-related field is an advantage);
• Experience as an Instructor, Examiner, or in another assessment-related role within a technical or aviation environment;
• Strong English language skills (minimum B2 level or equivalent);
• Minimum 1 year of experience within a Part-145, Part-147, CAMO, ATO/DTO, or competent aviation authority environment;
• Experience in conducting audits or supporting regulatory inspections (CAA/EASA or similar);
• Strong attention to detail, ability to maintain high exam integrity standards, and capability to manage sensitive information;
• Strong analytical and organizational skills, with the ability to work independently and cooperatively;
• Knowledge of EU/EASA aviation training standards;
• Ability to coordinate multiple stakeholders (instructors, examiners, quality department);
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
