YOUR TASKS:

Engineering Support

  • Prepare, update, and manage production and repair work cards, ensuring compliance with technical standards
  • Review CMM/SPM revisions and communicate key updates to Production and Procurement teams
  • Assess defects, support internal inquiries, and coordinate with OEMs on repairs and warranty claims

Pool Management

  • Monitor and control pool inventory across clients, parts, and components
  • Track warranty claim status (internal/external) and manage escalations
  • Forecast pool levels and parts consumption to ensure optimal stock and availability

Planning & Coordination

  • Manage distribution and return of unserviceable units across facilities based on capacity
  • Coordinate allocation of serviceable units to meet operational demands
  • Develop short- and long-term forecasts for parts, units, and workforce planning

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Proven experience in engineering support, MRO, or technical operations (preferably in aviation or a similar industry)
  • Strong understanding of technical documentation and repair/maintenance processes
  • Analytical mindset with experience in planning, forecasting, and inventory or pool management
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate across departments and with OEMs
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and make decisions in a dynamic environment
