As a Compliance Specialist at FLT Group, you will play a critical role in safeguarding our business by executing comprehensive Know Your Customer (KYC) procedures. Your primary responsibilities will include conducting due diligence and enhanced due diligence on new and existing clients, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and closely collaborating with our Compliance team and other stakeholders. Your work will be instrumental in verifying that new account holders are not high-risk customers and have no restrictions or negative activities that could impact their account status.

YOUR TASKS:

  • Perform thorough due diligence and enhanced due diligence on third parties, including both new and existing clients. 
  • Verify legal entity documents and KYC questionnaires, providing consultation by phone and email when necessary. 
  • Continuously ensure the effectiveness of customer identification (KYC) processes for both new and existing clients. 
  • Provide expert consultation to other departments regarding client KYC issues. 
  • Manage and maintain KYC-related databases, ensuring data compliance with our KYC, Due Diligence and other policies. 
  • Conduct ongoing monitoring of clients to ensure their compliance with KYC regulations. 

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

  • Experience: At least 1 year of experience in a compliance specialist role or a similar position;
  • Skills: Strong critical and analytical thinking, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly grasp new issues and multitask effectively;
  • Language: Fluent English is required;
  • Systems Knowledge: Proficiency in KYC or PEP systems;
  • Education: A degree in law, finance, or economics is advantageous;
  • Certification: A compliance certification is a plus.
