YOUR TASKS:

Create and implement a B2B communication strategy for assigned FL Technics departments.
Plan and implement communication campaigns by selecting the appropriate marketing tools and channels for the target audience, such as social media, the media, conferences, and other channels.
Write inspiring aviation stories in English (level B2 or C) and Lithuanian (level C) for press releases, articles, social media posts, and media comments. Communicate with international journalists.
Create social media ad campaigns (Meta, LinkedIn). Measure the results of marketing actions and analyze their impact (training on this task is available).
Work with other content formats (video, photo shoots, etc.).
Analyze marketing and communication market trends and competitor activity to provide insights and recommendations for improving strategy.
Collaborate with team members from the marketing, sales, and service teams to achieve marketing and business results.
Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices.
Conduct competitive analysis and benchmarking.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

Strong project management and planning skills.
Ability to oversee multiple initiatives simultaneously and drive them to successful completion.
Ability to work effectively with various business leaders to leverage their insights and expertise in shaping marketing strategies.

At least three to five years of marketing experience is preferred.
Good written and spoken English and Lithuanian.
Work experience in B2B corporate marketing, public relations, or advertising agencies.
Experience managing large projects and budgets.
Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions.
Strong operational, planning, organizational, management, and communication skills.
Possesses a driver's license (workplace is in Vilnius and Kaunas offices).
