Looking for CFO at Busnex in Vilnius,  Lithuania, part of Avia Solution Group family.

ASG offer an engaging role for experienced CFO to join Busnex Leadership team. Participate in Company’s strategy creation and operations development. Provide strategic leadership and be responsible for Company’s finances, business planning, budgeting, reporting and all day-to-day financial management.

What are you going to do as CFO:

• Working on Bank Financing for Busnex Group operations in Lithuania and Poland;
• Ensure daily cash flow management and liquidity strategy;
• Manage Company’s financial planning and forecasts;
• Preparation of operational and strategic budgets, monitoring monthly performance;
• Supervision and cooperation with accounting dep. to ensure timely and accurate reporting;
• Establishing and reporting financial and business KPI’s;
• Manage reporting to Group and authorities in accordance with IFRS and Local GAP;
• Be a ‘hands-on’ CFO, develop finance function over Busnex Group companies in Lithuania and Poland;
• Participate in Group Financial ERP and BI projects.

What do we expect from you:

• A degree in accounting or finance;
• Experience in working with Banks for external Bank Financing;
• Several years’ experience in CFO or a senior role in Finance function;
• Good understanding in IFRS, regulatory framework and taxation;
• Excellent skills in Excel and other MS Office tools and application;
• Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail, proactive and action-oriented thinking;
• Fluency in English.
