Business development manager. Vilnius, Lithuania

You will be responsible for:

• Managing assigned projects and assessing the necessary resources for their execution.
• Preparing high-quality project planning and implementation documents.
• Monitoring project progress and ensuring set goals are achieved.
• Providing regular reports on project progress to the project owner and other stakeholders responsible for project oversight.
• Proposing improvements for project management.
• Coordinating and overseeing budget creation, ensuring efficient resource allocation.
• Generating new project ideas.
• Carrying out tasks assigned by the director.
• Assisting in establishing new companies when needed (obtaining necessary licenses and certificates).
• Communicating with external institutions and partners.
• Leading new projects (managing project scope, budget, schedules, human resources, risks, and procurement).

To succeed, You will need:

• A higher university degree or an equivalent qualification.
• At least 1 year of experience in business or development project management (experience in aviation or international company is a plus).
• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills (at least B2 level).
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to make independent decisions and solve problems.
• Strategic thinking and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Experience in financial analysis and report preparation.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in/lead a team.
• Willingness to travel for business trips.
