JuniorTechnician
We are seeking amotivated and detail-oriented Junior Simulator Maintenance Technician to joinour Engineering & Technical Support team. In this role, you will assist inthe daily technical support, preventive maintenance, and troubleshooting of FullFlight Simulators and other Training Devices. You will work under the guidanceof senior engineers to ensure simulator availability, technical reliability,and compliance with aviation training standards. This is an excellentopportunity for a hands-on technician looking to build a career in the aviationsimulation industry.
Wepromise a highly challenging field and wide scope of responsibilities, whichwill initially cover:
- Perform daily readiness checks (DRCs) to ensure simulator operational status prior to training.
- Assist in scheduled preventive maintenance activities as per the maintenance plan.
- Support troubleshooting and repair of hardware, software, visual systems, and motion systems under supervision.
- Monitor simulator status and log discrepancies in the technical logbook or maintenance management system.
- Collaborate with instructors and training staff to address technical issues impacting training.
- Replace components and carry out minor repairs on PCBs, I/O boards, cables, and electromechanical parts.
- Perform regular backups of simulator software and configurations.
- Ensure proper documentation of interventions, maintenance actions, and part replacements.
- Follow safety and quality procedures in accordance with internal standards and aviation regulations.
- Participate in initial and continuous training programs to develop technical skills and knowledge.
- Working according to approved company processes
- Working with company’s IT systems to monitor and ensure a smooth simulators maintenance process.
- Participating in daily meetings based on Lean principles
- Setting and achieving short-term and long-term goals in accordance with the company’s strategic goals
- Performing other duties and responsibilities assigned by direct manager

- Has Technical diploma (BTS, DUT, or equivalent) in electronics, electromechanics, automation, computer science, or a related field
- Has basic knowledge of electrical, electronic, and mechanical systems
